If you're looking for a way to carry a lot of gear on your bike and you favor a traditional, functional and uncluttered look, our Standard Saddle Packs may be just the thing for you. Made of our heavy-duty Cordura nylon, the packs drape over the seat in an old west, saddlebag style, while still being adjustable for up-swept pipes. Each pack is encircled with two adjustable nylon web straps, which hold the top down and assume most of the stress of weight. Closure is with two quick release buckles. The packs contain two pockets; one on the inside of the main bag and one built into the top. The bags are reinforced with an extra piece of material on the back so that no stitching need go through the body of the bags, making them more weatherproof, and help guard against abrasion.
We've placed an adjustable strap and loop with a quick release buckle to connect the bottom front corner to the passenger footpeg for stability and security.

Delrin plastic rods are sewn into the top hems to hold the packs open for easy loading. Two rain flaps are sewn on the top which cover the ends of the bag to keep water, dust and road grime out. These secure with side squeeze buckles.


Each pack measures 12" x 14" x 7", providing over 1,200 cu. in. of carrying capacity. (About the size of a large grocery bag.) The packs will carry any weight, with only the load capacity of the bike as a restriction. They're connected with two adjustable web straps, and when the buckles are slid to the side, this arrangement is comfortable for a passenger. Each has a handle at the top for off the bike carrying ease. When not in use, our Standard Saddle Packs collapse and roll to a 5" x 13" bundle. This makes off-season storage easy and they can be thrown inside the Tank Pack for unexpected carrying needs.

Deluxe Saddle Packs

Now here's the packs for you folks who want to leave the bags on the bike whether they're full or not. Our Deluxe Saddle Packs retain their shape even when empty. These packs look and function just as our Standard Saddle Packs do except they are made with a triple wall construction, making them well insulated for carrying the cool ones around and also keeps them looking great on the bike, even when empty.
This is accomplished by using heavy-duty urethane coated Cordura nylon outside; a heavy duty lining of urethane coated nylon inside, with 3/8" ethafoam for stiffening in between. Other features are padded handles and an adjustable mounting system that fits most any bike and that is comfortable for your passenger.
As you can see, these packs are the logical choice for the rider looking for the best value in permanent shaped soft saddlebags. Item #7 on the Product Index.

Foam Shields

We're often asked if our packs will fit a particular make or model of motorcycle. All of our packs fit most bikes but now, for the sport bike riders who don't want to run the risk of marring their paint where the saddlebags hang off of the seat and onto the cowling, we offer a foam shield set. They adhere to the back of the Saddle Packs, lifting them off of the paint. The pad is the same foam we use under our Tank Pack, the best on the market.
